I’m Taher, a certified coach in strength training, physical conditioning, and weight management. I have extensive experience working with athletes in contact and ball sports, as well as with everyday men and women who want to take back control of their health, build muscle, and move better.

At 40, I live what I teach — an athletic, aesthetic, and sustainable lifestyle built on discipline, structure, and purpose.
