Across two decades of practice, I’ve navigated three demanding sport worlds — water sports, martial arts, and American football. Each discipline shaped a different layer of my coaching DNA:

  • Water Sports: Fluidity, breath control, shoulder durability, and full-body coordination.

  • Martial Arts: Precision, explosiveness, mental discipline, and movement intelligence.

  • American Football: Power development, plyometrics, position-specific conditioning, and field performance.

This hybrid athletic background is the backbone of the FIT FOR FORTY methodology: train with intention, move with purpose, and stay athletic for life.
