Each ebook offers a 12-week program, adaptable to your goals:
Strength and hypertrophy: Loads of 8–12 RM for beginners and 1–12 RM for advanced levels, 2 to 5 sessions per week
Speed and explosiveness: Plyometrics, sprints, derivative Olympic lifting, 2 sessions per week, intensity 80–100%
General conditioning: HIIT, strongman circuits, outdoor sessions
Contact and team sports: Isometric and eccentric exercises, change-of-direction drills
Mobility and joint health: Animal flow, dynamic stretching, 2 to 3 times per week
Calisthenics and active recovery: Bodyweight progressions, low-intensity recovery work

Intermediate level: Designed for individuals with 6 months to 2 years of training experience. It includes three full-body sessions per week, with a strong emphasis on technique.
Advanced level: Intended for those with over 2 years of consistent practice. It features undulating periodization, the use of supersets, and contrast training methods to intensify results.
Athlete level: Reserved for experienced or professional practitioners. This level offers specialized programs such as advanced plyometrics, full Olympic weightlifting, and sprint mechanics. It also includes individualized coaching and personalized monitoring.
