All digital products and downloadable content (including personalized fitness or nutrition plans, e-books, and training bundles) are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
This ensures the integrity of our intellectual property and personalized services.

For personalized services such as one-time or follow-up coaching calls:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled or credited toward another service.
- No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
